Moving to a wordpress format has been so nice, I’m loving it!  Definitely a lot more flexibility in layout and content.

    Some thoughts…

    1) 217 oh how I love you!  I can’t believe I ever said I didn’t see the point in you on specktra.net!

    2) It’s Parfait AMOUR not ARmour *smacks forehead*  I just recently stumbled upon that discovery… can I claim it’s because French words aren’t my thing!?  At least it’s not as bad as me calling Slip Pink “Pink Slip” for the past two years…

    3) I wonder what my classmates think when I walk into class with makeup like this… Considering only a small fraction even seem to have mascara on, I wonder if I’m a sight to see with dramatic smokey looks for school…

    • MAC Studio Touch Up Stick concealer in NW20
    • MAC Mineralize Skinfinish in Blonde

    Foundation applied with 209, MSF with 268.  Concealer applied under eyes and smoothed out with 194 brush.

    Eyes

    • MAC Painterly paint pot

    • MAC Stars N’ Rockets e/s
    • MAC Beauty Marked e/s
    • MAC Crystal Avalanche e/s
    • MAC Pearlglide eye liner in Rave
    • MAC Brow Finisher in Blonde
    • Make Up For Ever Lash Fibers
    • Make Up For Ever Smokey Lash mascara

    Painterly applied as base with flat e/s brush.  Parfait Amour packed all over lid with 239 brush.  Stars N’ Rockets swept into crease with 239 brush.  Using a 217 brush, Beauty Marked was buffed into outer V and outer half of crease.  Using a 272 brush, Crystal Avalanche was used as a highlight and in inner corners.  Rave liner applied to waterline, and using a 219 brush, Parfait Amour applied under lower lashes.

    1021closeup3*squeeeee* I love it.  I don’t know why, I guess I didn’t expect it to turn out like this.  Thank goodness for a 217 brush!

    However, I can’t decide if the look needs some eyeliner on my upper lashes… I avoid lining looks as sometimes it ruins everything, but sometimes it’s needed.  I just don’t know…

I actually wasn’t planning on doing much, but then that turned into a look once I got going. It complimented my pink Chucks perfectly! And my RevvWear hoodie that I wore to keep warm.

    • MAC Milk pigment all over lid (Sephora medium e/s brush)
    • MAC Up at Dawn e/s on out half of lid (239 brush)
    • MAC Parfait Amour e/s in outer V and as liner for upper lashes (239 brush, Mary Kay slanted e/s brush)
    • MAC Cloud Bound e/s as highlight (217 brush)
    • MAC Brow Finisher in Blonde, smoothed with Brow Set in clear
    • Make Up For Ever Smokey Lash mascara

    Lips

    • MAC Sweet Strawberry lipglass

    The Sweet Strawberry lipglass was a lot more pigmented than I expected, and a bit strong for this look. I kept it on for pictures, and then I blotted it off and used Pink Fish Lip Conditioner for a more softer look. I probably should’ve chosen She Loves Candy, but I am trying to use all my new Hello Kitty lipglasses.
