I started this blog to have a place to put my daily looks. I feel like I still have a lot to learn about makeup and application, so I wanted to use this as a learning tool so I could go back and review what worked, what didn’t, and what I could improve upon. I also use it for my personal reviews of different products I buy, documenting my growing collection, and random ramblings.

I am not a professional makeup artist, nor do I work for any beauty product companies. I am just a lover of MAC makeup. All products have been bought by me, and I am not paid/compensated by anyone to give positive reviews.  My only claim to fame is that I am a MAC Pro cardholder, which obtained through completely honest methods of being a professional photographer. I have worked with many models, and have several publications to my name, and have often had models use my makeup during shoots because they did not otherwise have access to such products on their own. (Just my little disclaimer since I’ve had people take HUGE offense to me having a pro card, which they forget that others besides makeup artists can obtain with proper documentation as there is a lot more to the beauty industry than makeup artists.)

I use to have a different domain for this blog, so older pictures will have my old watermark of “i-am-a-mac-addict.blogspot.com” So don’t be alarmed! These are my photos, just with an old watermark   I will try to update them if I have the time.
